摘要： 目的：探讨面神经炎的临床疗效。方法：30例面神经炎患者临床特点及治疗进行分析。结果：30例面神经炎患者经治疗，半个月恢复20例，半个月至2个月间恢复25例，有效4例，无效1例。结论：早期以改善局部血液循环，消除面神经的炎症和水肿为主，后期以促进神经功能恢。
